Buying a car is an expensive decision that one makes. It makes some people stressful because they want to get the best variety, in the best condition and at an affordable budget. It makes the list narrow due to personal factors and options available. However, you can test drive a vehicle to make it sure that you are buying the best quality. Keep reading to know about 5 points checklist that you need to keep in mind when buying used cars.

  • Exterior

Exterior comes first when you look for the inspection. Look at the paint, how is it? What is body condition? Are there scratches and dents on bumpers or doors? You can take a through look at the exterior body of the car. It can help you get a good deal.

  • Interior

It is time to take a look at interior. Take a look inside and see if everything is ok. Is it easy to open the doors? Are their stains, ripped carpet, burn holes or similar damages? Are dashboards in good condition?

  • Take a Look Under the Hood

Take a look under the hood of the car. Is engine bay clean and damage free? Take a look at the condition of battery. If you can take a look at it better, but take the services of a mechanic to inspect if you are not sure about it.  

  • Drivability

It is time to see how the car drives. See how the steering wheel moves. Does it pull left or right? Take note of everything when car is moving. Is it a smooth drive? Pay attention to any weird sounds.

  • Interior Features

Make it sure that everything inside is fine before stepping outside the car after taking a test drive. Check that all features are inside and they are working properly.
